Irrespective of your faction, the process for acquiring the Arcane Blast rune remains consistent for all players. There exists no differentiation between Alliance or Horde players (or characters of varying races) in obtaining Arcane Blast.
To secure the Arcane Blast rune in WoW SoD, journey to the Zoram Strand in northwestern Ashenvale—adjacent to the entrance of Blackfathom Deeps. Here, locate three purple crystals protruding from craters in the ground and cast Arcane Explosion on them in the correct sequence. Progress will be indicated by accruing stacks of the Arcane Charge buff.
Commence with the southernmost crystal, situated at coordinates [13, 25], and cast Arcane Explosion. Subsequently, proceed to the middle crystal at coordinates [14, 20], repeat the spell, and conclude at the northernmost crystal, found at coordinates [13.5, 16].
