After completing several missions for Scurlock, Skull and Bones assigns you the task of tracking down Scurlock’s traitor to progress. This mission requires you to eliminate the traitor, but it doesn’t provide information on their whereabouts. Here’s where you can locate Scurlock’s Traitor and how to easily dispose of them to complete the mission.
Where to find Scurlock’s Traitor in Skull and Bones
The initial step of the Cutthroat Secrets mission in the A Kingpin’s Wrath quest chain is to locate and eliminate one of Scurlock’s traitors. You can find Scurlock’s Traitor in the Coast of Africa region, near The Navigator’s Cross outpost. Fast-travel there if you’re already docked somewhere and on land. Referencing the map, the area circled in red marks the spot where you can find Scurlock’s Traitor.
Upon arrival, set sail on your boat and search for the small ship bearing black pirate flags—this is Scurlock’s Traitor. Engage and defeat the ship, then loot it for the Agent’s Letter, completing the mission and providing you with information on the traitor to relay back to Scurlock.
Completing A Kingpin’s Wrath and Cutthroat Secrets
Your immediate rewards for locating Scurlock’s Traitor include 240 Silver, 500 Infamy, an Epic piece of Furniture for your ship, and a ship wheel. This initiates the Cloak and Dagger quest, during which you wait for Scurlock to devise the next course of action.
During this interval, engage in sailing and other side missions. Eventually, the mission will update, prompting you to return to Scurlock.
Furthermore, this mission unlocks additional features at The Helm, providing an excellent opportunity to revisit and utilize them. You can also utilize this time to expand your Supply Network while awaiting Scurlock’s next move.
