- A Courage rank of at least average.
- An Odd Morsel in your inventory.
Once you meet these prerequisites, visit the Paulownia Mall during daytime on any day to start Suemitsu’s Social Link. Upon approaching him, you’ll face a quiz, and answering correctly will allow you to progress.
