How to get Kohryu in Persona 3 Reload
Completing the Hierophant Social Link in Persona 3 Reload rewards you with Kohryu. Like with other Social Links, you’ll receive a notification at the conclusion, indicating that you can now fuse a new Persona. However, the game doesn’t provide clear instructions on how to execute these fusions. Fortunately, the process is straightforward once you know what to do.
To fuse Kohryu in Persona 3 Reload, you must wait for certain events to unfold. Firstly, wait until 9/18, when Igor unlocks additional Special Fusions for you. Secondly, ensure that you’re at least level 71 to fuse Kohryu and add it to your roster. Since it’s a special fusion, you’ll also need four other Personas to complete the recipe: Genbu, Seiryu, Suzaku, and Byakko. There are numerous fusion methods in Persona 3 Reload, but here’s a quick way to create the necessary Personas:
- Orpheus + Naga Raja = Genbu
- Legion + King Frost = Seiryu

Defensively, Kohryu is formidable. It repels Lightning attacks, nullifies Bless, and is immune to all elemental weaknesses. Consequently, when bringing it into battle, you needn’t fret about being knocked down by spells or attacks. Overall, Kohryu proves advantageous in Persona 3 Reload, particularly in later stages of the game if you invest the time to acquire it.
