How to unlock Chihiro, the Treasurer
Chihiro appears outside the student council room once you’ve joined the student council and reached rank one with Hidetoshi, representing the Emperor Arcana. While your Social Link with Hidetoshi initiates automatically on April 27 (4/27), establishing a friendship with Chihiro demands additional effort.
To unlock the Justice Arcana, you must interact with Chihiro on four separate occasions:
- Speak to her on April 28 (4/28) or later.
- Speak to her on April 30 (4/30) or later and choose the dialogue option, “I’m a guy.”
- Speak to her on May 2 (5/2) or later and choose the dialogue options, “Hello” and “Let’s hang out.”
- Speak to her on May 7 (5/7) or later and choose the dialogue option, “Let’s walk home together.”
While various dialogue choices are available, the listed options significantly influence the outcome.
Chihiro accompanies you back to the student dormitory, though her home lies in the opposite direction—a fact she’s too shy to mention. Nonetheless, she appreciates your company, and the Justice Arcana unlocks.
How to rank up the Chihiro Justice Social Link
Upon unlocking this Social Link, you gain bonus levels each time you fuse a new Justice Persona. The higher the Justice Arcana rank, the greater the bonus levels. To advance the rank, meet Chihiro outside the student council room on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoons, and select the following dialogue options. If an option isn’t specified below (including reaching Rank 10), any choice will suffice.
