Where to find a triangular sword for request 27 in Persona 3 Reload
Players will encounter request 27, titled “Bring me a triangular sword,” from Elizabeth around mid-June. The task requires you to procure the item before the deadline of 7/5. Once accepted, you can acquire the triangular sword, known as a fencing epee, from Mitsuri in the dorm’s common room.
You’ll notice Mitsuri has the sword if she displays blue exclamation points above her head. However, if Mitsuri is found in the dorm without these exclamation points and lacks the fencing epee, you may need to wait a few days for it to become available. In my experience, Mitsuri had the fencing epee on 6/27.
Once you obtain the fencing epee from Mitsuri, return to Elizabeth at the velvet room to fulfill request 27.

If a party member is afflicted with fear, they become unable to attack and may even flee from battle, resulting in the loss of experience points for that member.
