Buy An Agency From The Internet
When you log into GTA Online, Lamar will contact you about a project involving an old friend, Franklin. To meet Franklin, you must purchase a specific building from Dynasty8 Executive. Ensure you select the correct property, as in-game purchases are non-refundable. The available properties and their costs are as follows:
- Little Seoul: $2,010,000
- Vespucci Canals: $2,145,000
- Rockford Hills: $2,415,000
- Hawick: $2,830,000
The property icon resembles an upright rectangle with horizontal lines. Make sure to have the required funds to avoid any complications.
Note: If funds are scarce, consider waiting, engaging in heists, or purchasing a starter pack for $9.99, which includes one million dollars in in-game currency.
Go To Your Agency

Register As A CEO
Register as a CEO via the interactions menu to access the computer in your agency. This allows you to commence contracts while Franklin mentions his involvement in a more significant lead.

Even at this stage, you can’t initiate the Dr. Dre mission. Complete at least one security contract, and Franklin will contact you, prompting you to visit the golf course where the special VIP contract with Dr. Dre becomes available.
