In Last Epoch, Uniques hold the exclusive ability to ascend to Legendary status, with Legendary Potential being a common indicator of this trait. However, Weaver’s Will presents a unique avenue for enhancement, distinct from the standard method. Let’s delve into its mechanics.

What Weaver’s Will means in Last Epoch Uniques

Weaver’s Will empowers select Uniques to acquire additional affixes through defeating enemies, gradually evolving them into Legendary items. These Uniques possess a Weaver’s Will value ranging between five and 28.

Consider this process akin to the Uniques’ growth and progression, aligning with your journey as you wear them. Each advancement consumes one point of Weaver’s Will, either introducing a new random affix or enhancing an existing one. For instance, a Unique with 10 Weaver’s Will points can undergo upgrades or acquire new affixes up to 10 times. Upon exhausting its Weaver’s Will, the item attains Legendary status, ceasing further enhancement.

Weaver’s Will Uniques adhere to Last Epoch’s gear rules. As they progress, they can amass up to four affixes—two prefixes and two suffixes. Once all slots are filled, subsequent upgrades focus on enhancing existing affixes, capped at tier seven. This effectively limits the Weaver’s Will value to 28, facilitating the attainment of four tier-seven affixes on a Legendary item.

Moreover, the eligible affixes for these items align with their gear type. For instance, a Unique Wand cannot acquire a Health affix, reserved for armor, accessories, and shields. Nonetheless, Weaver’s Will Uniques boast enhanced odds of obtaining higher rarity affixes, including skill level bonuses and exalted affixes.

Essentially, Weaver’s Will Uniques autonomously accrue new affixes or bolster existing ones through enemy encounters, seamlessly transitioning into Legendary items devoid of Temporal Sanctum crafting requirements.
