To reach Bukit Candi, you must first uncover the second primary hub of Skull and Bones after Saint-Anne: Telok Penjarah. Navigating through perilous seas and hostile ships, make your way to the East Indies.
Once Telok Penjarah is unlocked, set sail from there. Head northward along the west coast of the region. About halfway through your journey, you’ll encounter Bukit Candi. Its presence is identifiable from a distance, marked by buoys signaling entry into a safety zone.
