I can confirm that Ethereal Hands are susceptible to Electric damage in Persona 3 Reload. Employing Personas with Electric abilities in your loadout or having Akihiko in your party allows you to incapacitate it with a single strike, facilitating an All-Out Attack.
Fortunately, like other rare Shadows in Persona 3 Reload, exploiting their weakness once usually suffices for swift elimination. The challenge may lie in contending with accompanying Shadows, potentially complicating simultaneous takedowns.
