The Velvet Room, located on Tartarus: Entrance, becomes accessible after reaching floor five of Tartarus. Speak to Elizabeth to initiate fusion, where you’ll encounter three fusion options: Dyad Fusion, Special Fusion, and Search Fusion.

Dyad Fusion
Dyad Fusion merges two acquired Personas to create a new one, forfeiting the originals. Social Links associated with the Arcana of the fused Personas influence the new Persona’s strength and abilities, granting it more power and skills.
Special Fusion
Special Fusion combines three or more Personas to create a stronger Persona, requiring higher-level Personas and contributing to more potent results. Social Links also impact the outcome, emphasizing the importance of leveling them up beforehand.
Fusion Search
Fusion Search suggests possible Personas based on those in your collection, providing a list of fusion options and their corresponding Arcana types. It offers insight into potential fusions, considering level requirements and skill inheritance.
