Persona 3 Reload: How to find outfits and change clothes

While your regular outfits in Persona 3 Reload are quite appealing, there might be occasions when you wish to sport a different look. So, how can you discover new outfits and alter your clothing style in the game?

There are various ways to stumble upon fresh outfits in Persona 3 Reload. If you’re eager to enhance your wardrobe, here’s how you can go about it.

Where to find outfits in Persona 3 Reload

In Persona 3 Reload, there are two primary methods to acquire new clothes. The first approach involves purchasing DLC outfits, offering some stylish options at the cost of a few dollars. Here are the DLC outfit sets available for purchase, inspired by looks from Persona 4 and 5.

However, if you prefer not to spend additional money, there’s an alternative way to obtain outfits in Persona 3 Reload. While exploring Tartarus, you may discover outfits as rewards in chests.

Typically found inside locked chests requiring Twilight Fragments to open, these outfits are waiting for you. For instance, my first encounter was a Tuxedo for Junpei on floor 42 after defeating the boss. It appears that the chests awarded after beating Tartarus bosses are consistent for all players, making them a reliable source for new outfits.

How to change your outfit

Now that you’ve secured a new outfit, the next question is how to don it. Contrary to my initial assumption of needing to visit the dorm’s closet, the process is much simpler. Navigate to the menu, choose “Equip,” and then select the character whose outfit you wish to change. At the bottom of their gear list, you’ll find “Outfit,” positioned below “Accessory.” An exciting addition is that you can now alter Koromaru’s outfit!

Once selected, you’ll see a list of all available outfits for that character. Armed with the knowledge of how to find and change outfits in Persona 3 Reload, you might also want to explore our guide covering class and exam answers for upcoming quizzes.
